Are all the items listed for sale 100% authentic?

Yes, all our items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. (*More details under Authenticity)

What condition are the items in?

We are very selective when buying the luxury items to re-sell. Basically, we sell only new, like new or gently used pre-owned items. Gently used items may have minimal signs from normal use like scuff or light scratches but no tear or rips. We do not buy and sell items that are damaged or broken. Every item includes a detailed description and images on the individual item page.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

Not all items come in full set but we will definitely include all accessories that came in when we purchased them.  Please read the item description for what is included.

Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?

Yes, we always take pictures on the actual items before listed up for sale. What you see is exactly what you will get. We do not recycle our images.

Do you offer gift cards?

No, we do not offer gift cards at the moment.

Are the prices listed on website negotiable?

Sorry, all our prices are fixed. We have listed the item at the lowest we can offer.

What are the payment methods offered?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and online banking through iPay88. (*More details under Payment & Return)

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax at the moment until further noticed.

Do you offer layaway or Easy payment installment scheme?

Yes, overseas buyers can choose to have PayPal Credit financing plan while local buyers, please contact our concierge for details.

SHIPPING & RETURN

Is signature required upon delivery?

Yes. In order to ensure the safety delivery, all our items are shipped with online confirmation and require a signature upon delivery by courier.

Do you ship to PO Box address?

No. We do not ship to PO Box address.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes. We ship our luxury items worldwide except to Israel.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept refund, return or exchanges due to personal likeness. However, we are pleased to offer full refund if the item is proven to be non-authentic in writing by MyPoupette. (*More details under Payment & Return)

Do you offer consignment services?

No. We do not take items as consignment at the moment. However, we may expand our services in near future.

What items can I sell to you?

We buy authentic pre-owned luxury items that have been gently used with no significant defects. We are selective in the designer brand we buy, mostly limited to HERMES & CHANEL. Please email us for details.

How long does it take to receive my payment if I sell an item to you?

If we accept your offer, you will need to send us the item and upon completing inspection, we send payment by cheque within 2-3 days.
