Payment & Return

All sales are final. We do not accept refund, return or exchange due to personal likeness. However, we are happy to refund if the item sold is proven to be non-authentic in writing by professional authenticator MyPoupette or Bababebi. We do not accept the authentication by any staff in retail stores worldwide as per the brand’s policy, non of their sales associates are trained to be able to authenticate. Item must be returned within 7 days provided they are in a resalable and original condition as at the time of shipping with our boutique security seal attached.

We accept major credit cards through PayPal or online banking to our company bank accounts with MAYBANK & RHB. Account details will be given on the checkout page. Installment plan or Easy Payment Scheme will be available in near future. Please contact our concierge for more details.

For buyers information, we also list our items on other platforms simultaneously. All items are sold on a first come first served basis. Our system will indicate and notify us to ship to the buyer whom we receive the payment first. Our stock inventory will be updated every 24 hours.
